Unable to be at the auction in person, so placed online bids and was lucky enough to win a few lots. Excalibur made the entire process a totally enjoyable and super-smooth experience with their professional and helpful staff. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Excellent in every way. Friendly, helpful and auctions are great. Quick service too. My favourite online auctions - can't wait for the next one. Highly recommended.
always happy to do business with Sarah and Jonathan at Excalibur. A great auction house, very helpful and reliable. Highly recommanded
Fantastic service from Excalibur, kept me informed all the way through the process. Treated me like a Customer rather than "passing trade" like so many other auction houses. These guys really know their stuff. Highly recommended and would certainly use them again without hesitation.
Straightforward sales experience, responsive to queries, and reasonable results. I need to move my giant movie poster collection (ongoing) and went with a dealer who works for/with Excalibur. Between them they deal with absolutely everything, all I have to do is spend the money that goes straight into my account. They send me lists of what is going into which auction, then after a sale they send me a preliminary results list, then after their week or so of follow-up sales (giving a second chance to buyers for unsold lots) they send final account and send the money transfer. So all simple and all accounted for.
