REBEL WITHOUT A CAUSE (1955) An original screenplay by Stewart Stern for the iconic teen melodrama dated 3/25/55, which aligns with the filming dates of March 28th - May 26th 1955. The film starred James Dean and Sal Mineo in the lead male roles, who both died tragically young.

The script appears to be complete with 122 pages and has some revision pages attached in the back. There are annotations on the majority of the 'Plato' lines, the character played by Sal Mineo. A script for this film is incredibly scarce and this copy comes with a letter explaining that this copy was owned by Sal Mineo and was given as a gift, although this cannot be verified with certainty.

In the opinion of our authenticator, most of the autographs on the script are likely not genuine.
